“Indulging”

The hotel's garden and views from the rooms were a real highlight, and the bathroom was a treat with its excellent bath and shower. The room itself was spacious, with a fireplace and balcony, but it was the little touches that really made our stay special - like the restaurant reservations and free taxi to and from dinner.

We had the best hotel experience of our trip thanks to Sarah and her team - they were absolutely perfect. The breakfast was exceptional, and so were the evening drinks. The place itself is incredible, making us feel like we're getting the VIP treatment. However, the curtains in our room could have been a bit darker for a better night's sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we're grateful for the experience.

“Spectacular service and rooms”

We were blown away by this boutique hotel in New Zealand, which offered a level of service that's hard to find elsewhere. With only a few rooms, the owner Sarah was able to give us a truly personal welcome and cater to our needs, even with a baby in tow.

We only spent one night at the retreat, but it was a real treat - the layout was spot on, it was quiet, and we were spoiled for choice with all the luxuries on offer. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast in the church was a real highlight.
