A very friendly lady who, even though she only spoke Spanish, was very helpful. No complaints.

I was thrilled with the spot—right next to the plaza de armas—and the price‑to‑service ratio was spot on. The only hiccup was breakfast starting after 7 am, which was a bit late for those of us who need to head out early; otherwise, everything was fine.
