The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained—if only all hotels were like this. We stayed both before and after our Ha Long Bay cruise, and the staff stored our luggage and handled some laundry while we were away. I’ll book again if I return to Hanoi.

The location and breakfast were good. The room with a deck was actually a service platform overlooking mechanical and Debi’s.

The staff were amazing—friendly, courteous, and professional. Breakfast was fresh, hot, and plentiful; the area was clean and bright, and the staff were attentive. Huge shout out to Leo and Emma for making it all happen!

The staff were helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and it’s located right in the center of the old part of town. I had no other comments.
