“Not even 20% worth the price paid for the desert experience”
Its location and the staff services were good. The property is exceptionally expensive and doesn’t even cost 20 % of what we paid. Basic amenities are missing, tents are poorly maintained, bathroom taps don’t work, floors are dirty, there are too many flies in the kitchen and dining area sitting on the food, Wi‑Fi is unavailable, and the lights are too dim. We were so disappointed that we had to ask the hotel management to move us and arrange accommodation elsewhere in town. They kindly set us up at Nasser Palace, where we really enjoyed our stay.
