The location, hospitality, and cleanliness were all excellent.

The building is fantastic, situated in a stunning and elegant area just steps from Quartiere Coppedè and close to Villa Borghese. My room was modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with every comfort, fast Wi‑Fi, and a superb breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The location itself was pretty good. And the building was very charming. We payed a relatively high price for views of the city - of which there were none. We paid for luxury (hence the name), but got a rather ordinary room. The walls and doors are paperthin. Everything that happens in the room next door can be heard. The breakfast lady shows up to prepare food at 5.30, and you, as the paying guest, will have to try to sleep through her cooking and preparing. Our room had the bathroom opposite the hallway from our bedroom. When I went to use the bathroom in the morning, she returned to the apartment, and waited for me. When I came out from the bathroom (only wearing undies) she started up a conversation with me (in Italian, which I don't speak) about tourist tax. Highly inappropriate and very hummiliating. There was no soap in the bathroom. No iron and ironing board. The breakfast bread had green mold on it one day. There is plenty of more negative stuff to say, but I don't feel like keep going. All I can say is they completely ruined our vacation in Rome, and when confronted with these issues all the offered was a discount on our next stay there - which is a complete joke altogether

We loved the location, the friendly staff, and how easy it was to get things sorted out. Everything we needed was available, and any requests were met the next day. The service was truly amazing. The main problem was noise: soundproofing between rooms was poor, so locked doors and hallway sounds passed straight through the walls, making it hard to sleep. Traveling with a young child made this worse, as I was constantly worried her crying would disturb other guests. The layout was also inconvenient; having a private bathroom across the hallway rather than inside the room felt awkward. Locking and unlocking doors each time someone needed a shower or toilet was unnecessary and disruptive. Lastly, while breakfast was included, the selection was limited and not very child‑friendly.
