The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are really roomy and comfy, but the toilet area feels cramped. The receptionist’s attitude was a bit off, and having to leave the room to the central lounge for boiling water and an iron was a real let‑down.

The only issue was that the shower floor was slippery; otherwise everything was fine and I only needed railings.
