The staff were attentive and the location was great, even though there was a construction site opposite the hotel. The room, however, felt cramped and outdated, and the shower gave off a sewage smell. The carpet had stains, and the dining area was assigned on a first‑come basis, making it hard to find a spot during busy times.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot on the pedestrian street, and the team was friendly and always smiling. A parking lot is just a short walk away (about 5 minutes from the hotel), though the rate is a bit steep at 135 NIS per night. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable for some of us.

The location is central and easy to get around thanks to the light rail, but there is no parking available; we had to pay 360 shekels for a night in a parking lot, making our stay much pricier than other hotels that provide proper parking for their guests.
