The bed was comfortable, the hot tub and sauna were great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was bad.

Because we complained that the initially assigned room didn’t have the advertised lake view, we were upgraded to a suite with a nice view of the lake; the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was okay for a Canadian hotel. The originally intended room was a problem.

The location and lake view were good, but the hot tub and sauna were disgusting with mold and slime in the tub and graffiti in the sauna; the ‘spa’ room was filthy and unsatisfactory, they charged for parking, and breakfast has deteriorated a lot.

Everything was fine except having to pay for parking, and the washing machines were excellent.
