The place was clean and tidy, but the first lady at reception refused to show me the rooms and ended up making me pay for a room that had no toilet inside. I had to add extra money at check‑in, which could have been avoided if she had explained the options and shown me what I was about to pay for.

The breakfast was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations.

The room setup was great, but when I arrived I noticed that the linens had dirty stains as if the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for me, so I was moved to another room after I told the staff. Breakfast was served without any beverages, and I wasn’t told that I would have to pay for them separately from the breakfast fare.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and the hospitality was perfect; the room exceeded my expectations—love it, love it ❤ 😍. The directions were easy to follow, and I enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely come back—thanks so much.
