The place had a nice location, decor, and staff hospitality. A big shout out to front‑of‑house Mr. Hussain and the Spa Manager, plus the kitchen and serving crew, especially Sultan Sher Afzal, Dining Manager, and Mr. Ahmed who went out of his way to give us an amazing experience. Warm wishes to everyone at Sareena. Unfortunately, the drain in the toilet area smelled. The staff did their best to fix it. We were offered an alternative room but chose to stay because moving everything would have been too much hassle. The issues were resolved by the staff.

The service was flawless and the staff lovely. Thanks for extending my stay for another day due to my unforeseen illness. No complaints.

An excellent hotel in every respect. The view of the surrounding mountains is especially noteworthy. The rooms are beautiful and stylish. The evening buffet in a cozy dining room is outstanding. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the snow‑covered mountains is superb. Everything was perfect!

施設は新しく清潔でスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。. たまに停電がありますが、それもご愛嬌という事で😄
