The restaurant food was awesome, the staff were good, and you must try every breakfast; the smoothie was so yummy. Ants were in the room.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help whenever needed. The location is central, making it easy to reach Ubud’s main area with shops, cafés, and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside is that the property itself isn’t as impressive as others, but the excellent staff more than make up for that.

The staff were lovely, and the place is close enough to central Ubud that you can get there by Grab bike or on foot, yet still quiet enough for a restful night. The room was clean, but it had a musty smell that made me worry about water damage. There was construction happening at a neighboring property during the day, but it didn’t bother me because I was out and about.

The personnel were absolutely amazing, friendly, and remembered you by name. The pool is big and clean, and the location is great—just a one‑minute walk to the center. The room could have been cleaner, and we had to change rooms because a rooster from a neighboring room kept us awake. The new room was fine, though it faced a construction site, the noise was barely noticeable.

We had an amazing stay at Swahita Ubud! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and everything was perfect from start to finish. What truly made our stay special was the staff—never before have I met such kind, friendly, attentive, and welcoming people at a hotel. Everyone made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for us. We enjoyed every moment and are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️
