I could walk to most sights, the area was quiet, and getting to the airport was easy; the host was very informative and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean. I could hear people in an adjacent room, but that was only on the first night and nothing noisy the rest of the stay.

Super location. Near the Colosseum and public transport. The people who welcomed us were very pleasant and gave us valuable tips to visit Rome.
