The room was very nicely designed and clean, but it turned out to be more of a hostal than a 4‑star hotel, which was misleading. The price was higher than good 4‑star hotels in Cuenca. A list in the room warned that reusing towels would cost $20, and there was no hair dryer or cup. The water was only lukewarm, and we couldn’t pay by credit card—though the cash desk was open, the link they sent didn’t work, so we wasted a lot of time paying in cash.

I liked the place a lot, the room is small but very clean and well decorated. Everything is very pretty and the staff excellent. Nothing to comment.
