The cleanliness and fact a fridge was in the room was great!. The breakfast service was not up to par! We waited for 30 mins for service and finally got our own coffee from the ‘self serve’ area. Options were given to us once we got up and asked questions. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Coffee/water/tea set up for guests on the main floor in the morning. Breakfast wasn't included. The bed only had a comforter that was tucked into the bottom of the bed. No extra pillows or comforters in the room. It felt like I was in a bed that was "short sheeted" Skimpy and couldn't pull the covers up properly

Children were running through the halls, banging on doors all the way into the middle of the night.
