The location was fine. There was no laundry service, and water and tea were only provided on the first day, plus the room cleanliness was below expectations. The breakfast was also subpar.

I want to thank all the staff without exception, especially Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Amr, and Mr. Omar. Their courteous, respectful service and the exceptional quality of the offered services were top‑class. Mr. Omar arranged a dinner cruise on the Nile for us; I asked him about it as well. Thank you, Host Hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at the host hotel in Cairo; it turned out better than I expected. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Champs‑Élysées, close to many key spots, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. Every employee behaved with great respect and courtesy, and the staff’s care for guests throughout the stay was impressive. Honestly, the hotel deserves praise, and if I return to Cairo, it will definitely be my first choice. I strongly recommend it.
