I’ve stayed here more than once and everything is great!

The hotel is lovely! I only stayed for one night as a layover and I was sad to leave. The design is pretty, rooms are spacious, there are nice rugs throughout the hotel and the rooms, and the shower is wonderful and luxurious. The dining area is beautiful and well‑designed, and breakfast is meticulous. No complaints.

Everything is quite acceptable for the price‑quality ratio. It’s a cute little hotel, very clean, with good cosmetics, and the room is comfortable with all the essentials. Breakfast was average; it lacked fruits and vegetables, and they only give one cup of coffee—double has to be purchased. The downsides are that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, stuffed with too much down, and there’s no ventilation in the bathroom, so it smells damp by morning.

We always stay at Pana in Shymkent because we really like it, especially the breakfasts!!! But the room has very little space for storing personal items and suitcases; instead of a proper wardrobe there are small tables, so there's almost nowhere convenient to put things, which is especially inconvenient when staying several days.
