The place is comfortable and relatively close to everything. The person who welcomed us was very kind; we asked to leave our luggage for the next day while we went to lunch, and they accepted without any problem. Nothing else.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from the center, and the staff were very friendly. We were three people; I think I booked a double bed and a single, but we were given a cabin and a single. The bathroom key is complicated and risky for regulating hot water. They didn’t give us bath soap. The bathroom is small and the door opens inward, which makes it extremely uncomfortable.

Ambiente aconchegante, limpeza de quarto excelente troca de toalhas diárias. Facilidade em ter frigobar dentro do quarto. Perto do Centro fomos para a Caracoles a pé todos os dias 5 min até o início da rua. Ambiente tranquilo e seguro, as vans dos passeios nos pegou na porta todos os dias. Funcionários atenciosos e que se preocupam com o bem estar do cliente, chegamos às 9h00. O quarto já estava livre e nos deixaram fazer Check-in antecipado (Isso foi ótimo após horas de viagem e todos cansados). A hospedagem esta de parabéns, e foi essencial para a nossa experiência no Atacama. Recomendo a todos sem dúvidas. E quando eu voltar para o atacama será minha escolha de hospedagem novamente
