It’s great that a 24‑hour check‑in is possible, and the app provides good information.

Cleanliness and equipment were good, and the video guide for picking up the key was helpful. The mattress was too firm, and a shower instead of a bathtub would be better.

The room was clean and quite large, with a nice bathroom. The street in front of the building is relatively loud, though it was fairly quiet from 23:00 to 6:00.

The hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood and the room was surprisingly large and comfy. The bathroom felt huge, especially the big shower, and there was parking right out front which made things easy. They also offered a decent breakfast in the morning.
