1 double bed
We left as soon as we could make other arrangements. The place was empty. The “restaurant” served stale food, so we survived on scrambled eggs we requested. The “family suite” is a regular room with a bunk bed pressed against a wall; it feels like a dormitory. Across the road from the beach, which has no other vacationers, is sharp and algae‑filled. There is no town nearby, no tourist shops, and no telephone service. It seems they profit from misleading photos and bad descriptions… then they enforce a no‑refund policy. No matter how much you pay… you will have overpaid.
“La playa más bonita de Siargao”
The surroundings are amazing, right in front of a fantastic beach, and the staff are very kind. Everything was perfect.
“A fuir !”
It’s unacceptable to rent a room with a mold smell and freshly painted walls covering the misery; it was unbearable. We asked for a change, but the new room had the exact same odor. We had to air it out all day, yet the smell stuck in the walls. The bathroom was worse, with a sewage‑like odor. We didn’t want to stay there and were disgusted, but we stayed to avoid losing money and slept very little. Given the hotel’s rating I expected something better, but the owner must act. Also the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, even with the device they installed after our complaint.
“Very picturesque”
The location is great and the staff were friendly.
“Paradisiaque”
We had a deserted beach just for us, the rooms weren’t new but were clean and comfortable—pick the one facing the sea. The restaurant offered good value, and the staff were awesome, thanks again! The AC made some noise from the road side, but they loaned us a fan. Otherwise the place is fantastic, and with a scooter you can explore the island fully.
