A charming villa surrounded by greenery, the reception girls were wonderfully kind. Pure relaxation at this estate. Breakfast was all homemade—from yogurt to granola, fruit, cakes… I’ll have to come back!

Set in a beautiful forest, the km‑0 products were excellent. Even though they fit perfectly with the 1200‑year‑old estate, I found the rooms not fully comfortable.

The place is amazing! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We toured the gorgeous building and admired the beautiful rooms one after another. Our large room was in the main building and the views from the windows were breathtaking. The bed and pillows were excellent. A pleasant surprise was that the swimming pool was available. Thank you 😊 We joined the dinner, which was preceded by a nice wine hour offered by the house. We decided to meet other guests and the dinner turned into a lively chat. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Unfortunately we couldn’t extend our stay because all rooms/houses were booked. Next time we’ll book early! The road was a bit challenging in spots, but that might be hard to change. Luckily we didn’t have any visitors, though it could be scary for someone else.

Staying at Tenuta di Spannocchia feels like stepping into a fairytale. The estate is vast and beautiful, full of history, charm, and authentic character. The old buildings are tastefully furnished with genuine, carefully chosen pieces that preserve the spirit of the place. Beyond the guest rooms, there are several wonderful spaces to discover, including a library, a dining room, and an elegant room for gatherings and aperitifs, each with its own unique atmosphere. The estate is surrounded by a magnificent, spacious garden that is beautifully maintained and adds even more charm to the setting. The food and drinks are excellent, with a wonderful homemade feel, and breakfast and dinner were a real delight. The entire estate has a special magic that makes you feel transported to another time. A truly enchanting place for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Tuscan experience. The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was the Rosato wine, which I found a little too acidic for my taste

The staff were friendly. We knew it was a farm experience, but it felt very primitive. We run a farm ourselves and have more going on than they do. The garden was almost empty. We didn’t know there would be cats, and when we mentioned it they said, “you knew it was a farm,” and that we don’t have cats on our farm. There’s no TV, so once it gets dark there’s nothing to do.
