They cancelled my reservation while I was already on site. They said they didn’t know why, even though their website claimed availability that wasn’t there.

Paying 180 000 for a room like this is just absurd. The sheets and pillows were dirty, the metal‑frame beds felt cheap, and the closets looked like they belonged in a different era. I've found better places for far less, so this just feels unfair.

The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be. Unfortunately the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired; a bit more care and the place would look a lot nicer. It's a good location, just needs a cleaner touch.

Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The downside was the beds – they’re a bit hard and uncomfortable, so a little upgrade would go a long way. Nice service, just need better sleep.
