The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, and there was a wide variety at the buffets. The receptionist at the front desk barely gave us any attention, checking us in while chatting about her private life with other staff. The room was not clean; many areas had dust. The Spa has amazing views, but the variety is limited; being called Bali & Spa, we expected more.
