“Fantastic location, warm and welcoming hosts, and perfect for dogs too – highly recommended!”
A beautiful place for anyone looking for peace, nature, and authentic Italian hospitality. The location in the heart of the Umbrian hills is idyllic: stunning views, complete silence, and a great pool invite you to relax. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable, and lovingly furnished. We especially want to highlight Claudia and Stefano — incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful hosts who make you feel welcome from the very first moment. A special bonus for us: Our dog Mila had the perfect playmate in Pepe, the hosts’ dog. Agriturismo Montelovesco is an ideal base for exploring Umbria, and at the same time, a place you’ll be happy to return to after a day out. We highly recommend it!
“Wonderful Italian hospitality in a beautiful setting”
We were there for a local wedding and the place felt like a private, peaceful escape surrounded by nature, with stunning views and a lovely pool. The host, Claudia, kept in touch and welcomed us warmly throughout our visit. A supermarket on the main road into Umbertide supplies everything you might need, and dining on the patio with a view of the hills was a highlight.
The view over the hills was beautiful and the pool was very enjoyable. A suggestion for the owner: a decent sofa and coffee table, a TV, and especially air‑conditioning would be a big plus. More interaction with staff and guests would also fit nicely.

The quiet and silence, along with the view, were fantastic. Claudia and Stefano were extremely friendly and only present in the background. The apartment was beautiful and clean. You do have to travel there by car. The pool was wonderful. In short, a recommendation for anyone who loves nature and silence and wants to go out on their own to beautiful culture in the area. The only downside: to keep the apartment a little easier to clean, a vacuum cleaner would be handy, but otherwise everything was fine.
Beautiful location, amazing hosts, great pool and very peaceful. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the facilities were great. The hosts were so welcoming towards me and helped me on many occasions, including organising a salon appointment for me in nearby Umbertide and helping me to find a new suitcase (as mine had broken!) in Fabriano! I cannot thank them enough!! Would definitely recommend ☺️
