Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing surroundings. Friendly, helpful staff. Great wellness area. We happily recommend it to others. I have no issues with the dogs, but perhaps they shouldn’t be allowed into the restaurant. One large dog shook itself right next to our table, very dog‑like.

Quiet, comfortable bed. The apartment smells like the kitchen below. The playground is completely closed off! The playroom looks totally rundown, and the stables were completely empty—we expected horse‑related stuff from the brochure, a whirlpool… well, not particularly good. Hygiene was basically absent. The floor was slick, wet, and puddles were everywhere all day. Some people walk around the whole “rest area” fully dressed, which I’ve never seen before. Not recommended for families with kids!

Very kind, helpful staff, rooms are well equipped and completely separated from city noise—quiet and calm. A large parking lot, animal‑friendly place, very cozy restaurant, huge smoky stove heats the dining room, and a few beautiful cats sleep there and enjoy the warmth. They cook very gently. Close to the guard station with many hiking trails; Slovenia is just a kilometer away. Unfortunately the stables are empty; the horses would have added extra experience. The buffet dinner could be a bit larger, but it’s still well‑balanced for every guest (2 soups, 3 second courses, a few pastries).
