I had to walk a lot, the carts wouldn’t lift you, they took a long time to bring more items, and the food was very bad.

The room service, restaurants, and staff are very good and friendly; they’re always ready to help us have a better stay. I didn’t like that they call your room every morning to invite you to a one‑and‑a‑half‑hour chat to offer certain packages, which is very annoying and uncomfortable; I could see it as harassment to force customers to buy something.

The food and drinks and attractions were generally good. The rooms were very small, with a jacuzzi in the middle of the room.

très bon petit déjeuner, varié. Les viennoiseries au top et les petits gateaux patisserie un délice. Par contre la mer, j'imaginai autre chose en plus des mauvais odeur (vase). J'aurai dû regarder les photos avant de réserver mais je préfère les surprises (bonnes ou mauvaises). Site trop éloigné du centre de Cancun. La prochaine je retournerai dans la zone hotelière de Cancun pour avoir été au mois une dizaine de fois. Par contre côté fruit, melon pas toujours mur et pas de mangue. vin de table de moyenne qualité (blanc ou rouge). Restaurant indien moyen
