The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good for the price, and the location is superb (15 minutes on foot from Termini station and 20 minutes from the Colosseum). The room and bathroom could use a bit of updating.

Very nice, helpful staff, superb location, and clean area. I’ve stayed here before and will return. The lobby area got an upgrade! The bathroom was too small to move around easily. They mentioned larger‑bathroom rooms are available; that will be my first choice next time.

The location is great—just near Termini and only 15 minutes from the Colosseum or the Trevi Fountain. However, they refused to give us a room that had a toilet lid.

The hotel sits right in the city center, but the manager asked us for a taxi to the airport and quoted 55 euros; the driver actually charged 67 euros. Felt ripped off.
