The location is decent, but the microwave was broken and the bathroom was in poor condition, so a remodel is definitely needed.

“Baby cockroach”

The place sits right in the middle of drug alley, and I even found a baby cockroach in the courtesy cups. The beds feel uncomfortable, and other guests keep the noise level up all night. The building looks old and could use better lighting. The breakfast offered was not tasty at all.

“Decent basic accommodations, but nothing to write home about.”

The spot is well‑located, quiet, and clean, and the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. However, the bed was high with a squishy mattress, making it hard to get in and out. The A/C was very loud, and despite promises of free breakfast, I stayed for three days and never saw any breakfast service.

The hotel was well kept, and there was nothing negative to mention.

“Did not stay because it was nasty”

The place was nasty and still under renovation. I paid a good amount to avoid staying there because of bugs and animals everywhere. We were given a key to look at our room first, then handed a key to a room that already had guests inside. Everything was a problem.
