The staff at the restaurant and bar were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made dinner a real highlight thanks to the superb cuisine. We also loved the high‑quality, fragrant wood furnishings. The lunch presentation felt a bit unlucky, and the seating for a four‑person group was not ideal. We were bothered by the fact that the food was served right next to a storage cart filled with used dishes.

The house is great, family‑friendly, the spa area is impressive, the kitchen is wonderful (even for vegans), the staff are very friendly, and it’s located in the middle of the Black Forest.

The spa was very nice and the rooms were cozy. The dinner and service were truly excellent! The breakfast was chaotic – not enough staff, the staff were not trained, and there was a queue at the coffee machines. More vegetables and spreads would have been appreciated.

Breakfast had few sweet items, many savory ones… for me, Italian food was a bit of a sacrifice. Good location surrounded by greenery but inconvenient because the main attractions are several kilometers away. Excellent cleanliness and great food. Staff were super welcoming. The wellness area was scattered; it would have been better if everything were in one zone.
