The location was great, and the breakfast was self‑serve with a kitchenette stocked with milk, yogurt, water, cold meats, etc.; the furnishings were comfortable but a bit tired, and the staff were absolutely lovely, doing a great job of cleaning and looking after us. We could walk about 5 minutes to the Pantheon and the Victor Emmanuel monument, and the Colosseum, Vatican, and Spanish Steps were 20‑30 minutes away. The room decor felt a little tired, and half the lights had missing or broken globes—honestly, I expected more for the large amount of money we paid.

The location was good, but there was a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevator when it reached a floor. During our stay, we experienced three times that another person tried to enter our room and we had to ask them to leave, which made it feel a bit unsafe.

The location was very good, clean, and the staff were well‑attended, but arriving without reception made accessing the hotel difficult. No one was there to help us enter; we couldn’t get in, had internet but no phone line, so we had no way to contact the hotel. Our room was 402, and when we reached the fourth floor the door for that number wasn’t there. I suggest putting a sign on the floor with the room numbers behind the door. We were helped by some guests who happened to be leaving at that time. Everything else was fine.

The location was great, and the kitchen area with continental breakfast was fine, but the mattresses were far too soft. Even after exchanging them, the new ones were no better, so we barely slept during our stay.
