Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden

Duty Managers Mr. Lankesh and Ms. Chaya, plus Restaurant Managers Nimesh and Madhu, all delivered top‑class service throughout my visit.

“Good”

The only drawback was the absence of a microwave in the room.

“International level standard”

I was pleased with the swimming pool, gym, steam bath, housekeeping and laundry services, the MYNT restaurant, and the Reception Desk and Duty Officer. However, I wished the hotel had offered indoor sports like table tennis and a carrom board.

Every staff member provided excellent service, especially Nishantha and the team at the restaurant and bar. Having stayed here before, I’m certain I’ll return.

“Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden exceeded our expectations and provided an excellent combination of comfort, facilities,”

The hotel was outstanding, with a beautiful, spacious, and super comfortable room and overall impeccable upkeep. The food was fantastic—fresh, well presented, and delicious, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The pool was warm, clean, and a perfect size for relaxing, while the gym was fully equipped for a solid workout. Its location was ideal: close enough to the airport to be convenient but far enough to avoid noise, and easily accessible for trips to Negombo and nearby attractions. The staff were the real highlight—friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel welcome all the way through. Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden surpassed our expectations with comfort, facilities, food, service, and location, and we’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
