The place was modern, clean, and the staff were friendly; it’s close to a supermarket, the beach, and the metro, and there aren’t too many tourists around. The only downside was that the coffee in the room wasn’t good.

“Disappointing stay, overpriced and outdated rooms.”

I can’t say there was anything I particularly liked about this hotel. Although the lobby is very beautiful and creates a positive first impression, the rooms are in poor condition, with outdated furniture and finishes that appear not to have been renovated since the hotel first opened. Furthermore, the price is extremely high considering the level of comfort and the quality of the accommodation provided. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and the hotel certainly does not justify the rates it charges. In addition, we requested an early check-in because our flight arrived in the morning, and we reached the hotel a few hours before the standard check-in time, hoping to leave our luggage and settle in. At reception, we were informed that our room was already ready, but if we wanted to access it 3–4 hours earlier, we would have to pay an additional early check-in fee of €70. I find this practice extremely disappointing and disrespectful towards guests. I can understand an additional charge for early check-in when the hotel needs to make special arrangements to prepare a room ahead of schedule. However, charging €70 simply to access a room that is already clean and ready seems completely excessive and unjustified. It is truly disappointing that a family arriving at the hotel a few hours early, with two children, is expected to pay such an unreasonable amount just to enter their room. This kind of attitude gives the impression that the hotel is more interested in extracting additional money from its guests at every opportunity than in providing a pleasant experience and treating them with respect. Extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable for a hotel charging such high rates
