A breakfast fit for royalty, with an English‑speaking chef introducing us to Brazilian specialties – what more could you ask for? The rooms were supremely comfortable and spotless, and the refreshments were included, not optional. The fitness room was well equipped with a variety of modern machines. The only downside was the pool’s lack of cleanliness, and the toilet in my room leaked. 1312

The breakfast was good, check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly, and the restaurant meals were tasty and reasonably priced, with conveniences that made the stay pleasant. The streaming TV didn’t work well, and what really bothered me was the failure to email the receipt/NF as promised, which is a major inconvenience for anyone needing to track expenses; it felt disrespectful, and commitment is a quality I value in a company.

The venue is very close to the exhibition hall, so you can walk there and avoid a lot of taxi rides or waiting time. The room service was sluggish: after checking in on the first day, I had no shampoo, and I had to request it online and by phone several times, yet it still didn’t arrive that day; only after I left a note for housekeeping on the second day did it finally get delivered in the evening. There’s nothing within walking distance around the hotel.
