The team is fantastic, super attentive and helpful. Breakfast is à la carte, well served and tasty. The room is large and comfortable. The hotel view is magnificent, plus the pool areas. The bathroom box is open, so the whole bathroom gets wet every shower. The TV could have apps like YouTube.

The property is away from the crowds and the view is unbeatable. The staff are excellent, breakfast options are very good, the bed is comfy, and parking is convenient. The first room we had (cave room) felt clammy and didn’t have hot water most mornings. The second room was newer and better laid out for our needs. It was unfortunate that the weather was too cool to use the pools and plunge pool as they were unheated, but we still enjoyed the pool decks.

The location is great—arguably the best spot on Santorini for me. Renting a car makes it easy to get anywhere.

The place sits nicely away from Oia’s hustle, offering endless caldera views. The pool area is lovely, and the drink prices there are reasonable, encouraging guests to relax. The restaurant food is top quality, the setting and views are fantastic, and the prices are still fair for a tourist hotspot. However, we arrived to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then had to move to another that lacked hot water. The staff handled our complaints superbly; I can only praise them. The hotel looks worn after the season and could use some repairs and general upkeep before the next closing season.

We had a wonderful stay at Rocabella Hotel! The hotel is simply beautiful, elegant, and authentic, with a fantastic atmosphere and breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They gave great restaurant recommendations and tips on the best places to visit in Santorini, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, from the location and the beauty of the property to the excellent service. We highly recommend Rocabella to anyone wanting a beautiful, relaxing, and authentic experience in Santorini.
