I booked through Booking and received a confirmation, but when we arrived at the hotel at 2 am after the airport, the front desk said there was no booking under my name from Booking. Booking’s support stayed silent when I asked about this outrageous situation.

The hotel's location on the map was way off, which caused some confusion - my taxi driver and I had a tough time finding it.
