I loved the beautiful hotel with its green grounds, great beach, and relaxing vibe; the food was tasty and varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful, everything stayed well maintained during my six‑night stay, and I have nothing to complain about.

Все було чудово і прекрасно, чудовий готель, чудовий відпочинок, гарний персонал, чудові вечері, сніданки та обіди, прибрана територія, тепле море, сонечко, правда був трошки дощик, але це дрібниці. Але є рекомендація для адміністрації готелю: побудувати новий дитячий майданчик спортивного типу, лазалку для дітей більш старшого віку, з 7 до 14 років, щоб вони могли реалізовувати свої спортивні навики і витрачати свою енергію після чудових десертів))

Изобилие еды в течение всех суток, даже ночью. Продукты свежие, вкусные, овощи особенно порадовали. Ежедневные вечерние шоу потрясающие. Море чистое, бассейны тоже потрясающие. Персонал отлично знает русский, все ребята шустрые и собранные, приветливые и готовы помочь. Отличный трансфер из аэропорта, все в срок без ожиданий. Не было в наличии кремов для тела и кондиционера для волос в номере. Не хватило джакузи в спа. Вайфай работал с перебоями, не везде -на 7/10

Huge territory, clean buildings, great food, and a wide variety of beverages. Everything was clean and well-kept, with interesting activities and entertainment. I had an amazing massage at the spa. Most of the staff speak English, Russian, Turkish, and German. special thanks to the spa team, reception, some of the bartenders, and the chefs. Seashore, mountains look amazing, water was very clean. Also, stray cats at the territory of the hotel look pretty healthy and happy. So generally great value for money!. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly. Also, we had an unpleasant experience with a few other guests, but the hotel management handled it well. Personally, I don’t recommend visiting their zoo, as not all of the animals seem to be properly cared for
