Rebetiko Hotel

“Ekelhaft, schmutzig, schlecht geführt.”

The hotel’s location is good, but it was dirty with many long black hairs, sand on the floor, and animal droppings outside our terrace that stayed for two days. The air‑conditioner leaked a lot of water that ran down the walls and soaked the floor. The bathroom was moldy and smelled strongly into the main room when the door was open, water leaked from the shower, and the shower floor collapsed and wobbled.

“Highly recommended!”

The stay was absolutely wonderful: the hotel was spotless and incredibly clean, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect—just a short walk to all the main attractions. The owner was friendly and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Away from Alaçatı’s crowded and noisy atmosphere, just a two‑minute walk and a street‑side parking spot right in front of the door (we always found a place), this place makes you feel at home from the moment you step in. The hotel’s authentic vibe and décor fully capture the Rebetiko spirit. Thanks to the care, warm conversation, and smiles of the owner, Ahmet Bey, and his wife, Merve Hanım, our holiday was even more enjoyable. The local specialties and homemade jams at breakfast were legendary. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking “soul” in Alaçatı—trust and peace of mind. Note: we stayed as two adults and two children.

“Can't wait to go back to Chios so we can make a trip to Rebetiko again and this time stay longer.”

The pool felt like an oasis, the staff was very friendly, and the family room was more than comfortable to sleep two children

Great value for the price – the rooms were clean and the staff were smiling. We only stayed one night but left satisfied, and the fact that they’re animal‑friendly was a nice extra.
