The common areas were nice, but the service left me frustrated; it took 45 minutes to get a simple omelette. In my room, the hot water was only available for one person, so I had to shower with cold water, and the shower was missing one of its two doors.

The facilities were fine and the common areas were lovely, yet the hotel was hosting a wedding when I arrived and they didn’t warn me. The music didn’t stop until 3 pm and was loud in my room; the staff said they couldn’t do anything until it ended. It’s really bad that they don’t inform guests about a wedding, and it seems they keep doing this, so if you’re looking to rest, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, service and food. If there were a mirror in the bedroom it would be very useful and room 5 does not have a complete bathroom cover.
