We stayed for two nights and three days with six people (two adults, four kids over one year old). The two bathrooms and showers were very convenient, and the rooms were spacious enough for the kids who are over 180 cm tall and bulkier than average adults. Towels and water were plentiful. Most importantly, every staff member was incredibly friendly, gave detailed information about nearby restaurants, Namba, and Dotonbori, and even shared the info via KakaoTalk. The first‑floor coffee was delicious, so we had a cup every morning while the place was open. Everyone speaks Korean very well, with accurate pronunciation. The staff are all Korean. Today I was leaving, and my son said he wants to come back after the airport. If I ever go to Osaka again in summer, this will definitely be my choice. Thanks to the staff, we had a great stay.
The only downside is that I can’t find any “wow” spots. If you really want to search, you’ll have to walk about 10–15 minutes to places like Dotonbori or Orange Street. Spring, autumn, and winter are fine, but summer is a bit tiring to walk around.
