The spot was decent, clean, and check‑in was quick. The room felt a bit tight for three people; I thought it would be larger. The shower headset was broken, and a small fridge would have been handy.

The place was near the Zabka store. I had to check the beds because one of them broke. The bathroom had poor ventilation—it was stuffy.

The location was close to the city center. The noise from nearby trams was annoying.

The hotel was close to the tram stop. My room was very small, much smaller than the previous one—so much space was wasted because of the slanted ceiling, and there was no room even to lay my suitcase. It was very hot inside, and to my dismay there were long black hairs on the “freshly laundered” sheets, and a stain on the pillow too. When I called the staff, the lady only said that everything had been replaced today; I sent a photo of a hair and she commented that it was just one hair, which I felt was too many. After the call she offered to change the bedding, but it was a bit late.

“Cheap and in a good location, but very loud and limited facilities.”

The location was good, and price was cheap. Great pizza place next door. No wifi (sent a request but was never fixed), no window isolation (just a covered roof window) which let in a lot of street noise, the elevator stopped working on the 2nd day (of 4) and did not get repaired - which was not ideal when staying on the 6th floor
