I only had the bed to sleep on because I’m homeless. This place is awful, especially the location. The carpet is stained everywhere, hasn’t been shampooed in months, and it smells bad, making the hallway stenchy. The housekeepers do the bare minimum; floors aren’t fresh, sanitized, or mopped properly. I had to kill a roach, people’s hair in rags, shower heads and drains haven’t been cleaned in months, green algae on both, especially the shower heads, it looks gross. The shower has weak water pressure. This is not worth $73 at all; I would never stay here again and I really wish I could get a refund.

I had to sleep in my car the first night because they handed us two messed‑up rooms and had no other options, which was just unacceptable.

The place was spotless and everything stayed tidy, but the bed itself was a nightmare to lie on.

Everything was fine until the manager arrived—she was overtly racist, denied me service after I asked for the rule book, and tried to tack on extra charges that I had already paid online. I told her I’d been staying for several days before she even showed up, yet she still pushed those fees. The next day, when I attempted to add another night, she tried to cancel my reservation and even claimed she wouldn’t rent rooms to me. Customer service confirmed she had said that.
