The location is spot on, close to everything, and the staff were incredibly efficient.

The place is in the city centre, and each floor’s hallways had fresh water bottles with glasses to drink from, which was a relief in August. The walls are paper and you can hear everything.

The staff were attentive, though they were in the hotel instead of the hostel. The shower was clogged, ventilation was poor, and the window wouldn’t open because of too much paint.
