We stayed 7 nights at Cosmopolitan House and felt very comfortable! Milo, the host, picked us up from the airport and immediately gave us tips and recommendations for Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. He’s very hospitable, speaks many languages, and is helpful in all situations. The accommodation offered a tasty welcome cocktail and cookies. Every day he checked on us, asked if we needed anything (towels, etc.), and gave excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities. The room was clean, had good air‑conditioning, and a large terrace. The small fridge was handy for drinks and snacks, and there’s a larger fridge in the shared area. The location is perfect; you can walk to the beach or to bus stops that go in every direction in just a few minutes. Milo also offers private day tours and breakfast. Overall, the Mračič family is very warm and cares for the place with a lot of love. We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly return! Hvala!

“Pokój na budżetowy wyjazd”

The place has a nice spot, close to the beach, promenade, shop, and bus stop. It provides beach towels and a set of toiletries. The bathroom is rather small, the shared kitchenette is poorly equipped and only average clean, and cigarette smoke lingers everywhere, even though smoking isn’t allowed in rooms; the owner smokes in the annex/foyer.

The host is pleasant and helpful. The room is well equipped (hair dryer, toiletries, fridge, kettle). You can borrow a beach umbrella. The view from the room is beautiful. It’s close to the beach and has good access to the old town.

We enjoyed our stay at Cosmopolitan House. We had a terrace with an ocean view. The property itself wasn’t at fault, but because it’s high up we had to walk down steep concrete stairs to reach nearby restaurants and then back up. Otherwise, the location is great.

“We absolutely loved our stay!”

The accommodation is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and stunning promenade in Lapad, with only two flights of stairs to reach it. The balcony was one of our favorite parts for the breathtaking sunsets. Milo is exactly the kind of host you need when visiting a new city: incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. He makes you feel at home from the very beginning and helps you experience Dubrovnik like a local, with the best recommendations for restaurants, shortcuts, hidden gems and places worth visiting. We were welcomed with cookies and cocktails upon arrival and Milo even surprised my sister with a lovely birthday gesture, although we had never mentioned it. Congratulations and thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!
