The place is cheap and right in the middle of town, but the poker room lets people smoke and the smell drifts into the bar. I kept hearing a motor whirring on and off all night—maybe the air‑con or the fridge—so it was pretty noisy.

The showers need better cleaning and maintenance, especially the shower door.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable, but the door felt a little dodgy.

Its location is great, the place is spotless, and the staff are extremely helpful, caring, and go above and beyond; the meals are super generous and extremely well made, though there just wasn’t a lift, which is a shame.
