“Circondati dal mare in un rigoglioso giardino”

The apartment is in a residential area of Ibiza, has two double rooms, two bathrooms, one with a washing machine, a well‑equipped kitchen, a living room and a balcony with a table, chairs and umbrella, and a terrace above the unit to view the sea. Cleanliness was excellent. Ten stars for the reception staff; Mrs. Erica and especially Roberto were extremely kind, courteous and helpful, fulfilling every request politely. The property’s garden is lush and well‑maintained, with a spectacular sea view from the common garden in the pine forest and from the club entrance. The beach is easily accessible; you can step onto a small rock platform and swim with sea shoes. I did not appreciate how close the other apartments were; the intensive construction, though with pleasant white‑colored architecture, gave the building low ceilings and sunlight only from one side. The bedroom and bathroom are small, and the bed is not a double but two single beds next to each other.

The location and the proximity of the staff were great, and honestly everything was pretty good with nothing that I didn't like.

The resort itself is beautiful and the apartments are clean, but the staff at the breakfast buffet were not at all hospitable. We booked through Booking and the apartments automatically came without breakfast. At check‑in the front desk said we could add breakfast on the spot and pay there, but the next morning the buffet staff sent us away because they claimed there was no space for two larger groups. After we pressed them (we had two small children and expected to eat there) they reluctantly let us stay. Oddly, there were plenty of free tables and no queues, and items never ran out, yet we were told we could not return tomorrow. When we expressed our confusion they again said we could come back the next day but they would decide spontaneously whether we could stay, which is a no‑go with kids. The staff made no effort to resolve the situation for the week, leaving us very disappointed. We chose to eat in the apartment for the rest of the week. Also, that morning we could have booked several rooms for the whole week including breakfast—there seemed to be space, but not for a family staying a short week as paying guests? This was incomprehensible and not customer‑friendly. The front desk staff did try to help. In the apartment itself, the beds are quite hard and the dining table is not well thought out.
