This place was perfect for my first couple of days in Venice. It was so close to Santa Lucia Station. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The spot is great and the staff are lovely, but the hotel really needs a facelift and a fresh coat of paint; a kettle and minibar would be nice additions.
