I added +2 points to the deserved single for the lowest price in town. Everything. The drunk owner/concierge, whatever his name is Igor, talks to everyone informally. Instead of the promised parking on the premises, there’s a street, and “they just put the parking in the courtyard and the next morning the rails were taken and stolen”. Until midnight downstairs his music was blaring, and in the morning when we were leaving we saw his sleeping body. Very dirty, linens with stains (but clean), towels stinky (we didn’t use them). With the words “we’re obviously saving here” he turned on the boiler while we were there, but even in the morning there was no warm water. In short, this is a cheap hostel if there are no other options; if possible, I recommend avoiding it.
