The room was comfortable and well equipped. However, it faced a courtyard and the air‑conditioning unit was right outside the window, making it noisy. The toilet’s extractor fan couldn’t be turned off, there was no sink, but the shower was good and the beds comfortable. The room had bathrobes listed in the details, but none were actually provided.

The location is good, a twenty‑minute walk to the station and fifteen minutes without heavy luggage. The staff are very clean and amiable, and the sheets, towels and hygiene products are super high quality. The elevator wait times are long, especially during cleaning, and the wi‑fi is TERRIBLE – probably due to the high rises and concrete walls. We had no signal for three nights, not the hotel’s fault but worth noting if you need reliable work access.

The location is very good, the street is quiet and the windows are very tight. The downside is that the reception only offers its own expensive drivers and you can’t order a regular taxi through them.

The welcome was very friendly and the staff in general were great. The location is excellent and we were offered a free upgrade upon arrival. The bathroom has a small step with a rough concrete edge that feels unfinished and dangerous for your toes. The air vent in the bathroom was also filthy.

The location is very central and everything is easily reachable, especially the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a very good selection of foods in a beautiful setting. Nothing negative comes to mind.
