The spot is good, but the staff are terrible – they treat tourists like cash cows, overcharged us $200 for service, and I wouldn’t recommend anything they offered.

I met a friendly, attentive receptionist and some competent restaurant staff, though a few seemed out of step; the facilities are generally decent – spacious, nice room, but soundproofing is poor and there aren’t enough lounge chairs by the pool. Housekeeping does the job, yet it looks like the cleaners don’t even glance at the floor; please clean the lamp in room 25, it’s turned gray, and wash the dishes after guests (they’re not trying hard). Still, all these minor flaws were outweighed by the desire to relax, the beautiful scenery, and the bomb‑shell cuisine – props to the chef, huge portions and delicious. Value for money is excellent.

The infrastructure, staff, and location are all good, but there is no air‑conditioning and the water tastes a bit greasy.

The staff are very pleasant and treat guests like friends, offering advice and help to make the stay as comfortable as possible, and that’s worth it. The complex has everything you need: a pool, a restaurant, a sauna, a game area, and a barbecue. There are many common leisure areas on the grounds, such as a large terrace with sofas and a table beside our complex where you can sit comfortably and admire the surrounding views. The whole property is big and well‑maintained.

The location is wonderful and the entrance is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Having a pool and several barbecue areas is an extra plus for the hotel. The kitchen in the restaurant is very tasty. The lack of air‑conditioning in the room makes it stuffy during the day when it’s hot outside.
