The Farm was easy to locate, and the kids’ play area was charming. We were greeted warmly and felt right at home. The room was cozy, featuring a small en‑suite and tea‑making facilities. A fridge stocked with fresh milk was a pleasant surprise. Value for money was excellent. We were offered a chance to visit the farm animals, but time didn’t allow it; instead we received entertaining animated videos of the animals.

Finding the farm and its surroundings was a breeze, and it made a great one‑night stop on our return from Scotland. Jon welcomed us and introduced us to his animals, letting us feed them—a lovely touch. The self‑contained bedroom had an en‑suite, a large TV, a double and a single bed. A fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, bowls, and cutlery were provided. We dined at a local pub Jon recommended, where the food was welcoming and delicious, all set in a charming village.

The area was absolutely lovely and very entertaining for families, which I appreciated. The hosts were friendly and ensured we could see and feed the animals if we wanted.

The hosts were both fantastic and very welcoming. The location was lovely. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The fridge with milk was a nice touch. I appreciated the time taken to introduce me to the animals. There was nothing to dislike.
