Hotel Ragusa

I was again very pleased. The hosts were genuinely friendly and proper. I can definitely recommend the place. The restaurant is excellent and the food tastes superb. Thank you, I’ll definitely return!

Breakfast and shower were good, but the power sockets were dirty and the equipment felt a bit dated.

The Hotel Ragusa met my expectations in every way. It’s very comfortable, beautiful, and pleasant, and the rooms are cozy—perfect for business travel and unwinding after a busy day. We visited the trade fair in Cologne, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. A big plus is the outstanding restaurant in the hotel: tasty dishes and pizza are served quickly. After a long fair day you can eat there without having to go elsewhere. Breakfast was also delicious—especially the good coffee from the machine and the warm, crisp rolls. Directly opposite is a shopping mall, which is very handy. I forgot my makeup bag and was able to buy everything easily at the nearby Rossmann. There’s also a bakery across the street with fresh bread and pastries—great for picking up something for the trip. The biggest advantage of the hotel, however, is the extremely friendly staff and owners who really care about their guests. There’s a genuine family atmosphere—quite different from impersonal hotel chains. I will definitely come back!
